4 Star Coverage

50 years of nonprorated coverage of the shingles themselves on single family detached homes, 25 years on all other structures. The materials, labor, tear-off, and disposal of the materials torn off in the event of replacement are also covered for 50 years. This warranty is fully transferable within the first 12 years should you sell your detached single family home.

5 Star Coverage

50 years of nonprorated coverage of the shingles themselves on single family detached homes, 30 years on all other structures. The materials, labor, tear-off, and disposal of the materials torn off in the event of replacement are also covered for 50 years. The Workmanship of the roof is also covered for 25 years. This warranty is fully transferable within the first 15 years should you sell your detached single family home.
